The unusual Mexican horror film
Ladron de Cadaveres
offers a combination of mad scientists and masked wrestlers. Cowboy Guillermo, a wrestler who dreams of a life on the open plains, works out at Dorantes gym, where he has a relationship with the gym's secretary. When another wrestler from the gym is murdered and reanimated with the brain of a monkey, policeman Carlos decides to have Guillermo investigate undercover.
