The letters "KST" stand for Kabbalah Somatic Technique. Based on the ancient practice of Kabbalah, KST teaches how each part of our body and mind has its own wisdom to share with us by offering a reflected portion of our greater innate wisdom-a microcosm of the macrocosm. This book attempts to describe some of the philosophies learned and methods practiced by KST practitioners.
