Knowing God & To Be Known By God: A Sojourning the Bible Story Series for Discipling Leaders

The Dead Man Discipleship - Sojourning the Bible Story series has been developed for the purpose of training members of the local church to live the Christ-life. This work was commissioned by His Place Church in Westminster, CA, to be part of its "Advance" program for the ongoing discipleship of its members. This is Part One of an annual series beginning for the year of 2023. The effort of the lesson plan is targeted to meet the most prominent challenges and triumphs within this body of believers year on year. For Part One of this series, our lessons are designed to immerse the church in what it means to Know God, along with the challenge of what it means to now be Known by Him. Each lesson is created so that Teacher and Student might learn to draw near to God through His-Story, so much so, that they become participants in it. We believe that the nearer a disciple draws to the Person of Christ, the more like the Nazarene the disciple will become.
