This book is healing. This book is releasing my pain. This book is about learning to love myself. My name is Judy, this is my story in short form. I wrote this book of journal entries, prose poems, and other writings to tell my story. Writing, and creating art helped me release all the pain in my life. Yes, I went through a lot. Yes, some of this is painful to read but I did it with God. I pray when you read this, you take a moment to reflect and remember the value of those we do not see because society has disregarded them. But know that they are strong. Please do not give up on them. Trust in God.
