When Ms. Grumpet announces that there is going to be a talent show at Gemstone Middle school, Kate McClora knows that she just has to be a part of it. She wants to learn her older sister's magic tricks. Kate thinks that this will be fun, but it turns into a competition with her rival. Now Kate is determined to win. But will she?
About the Author
Leanne Van Dongen is a fourteen-year-old inspiring author who lives with her parents in the lower mainland of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Leanne has always loved writing stories at both school and at home. She came up with the idea of writing the "Showtime" collection when she was twelve years old.
