Brahmins continually recite Gayathiri prayer,they know the greatness of Sruthi,they are the cause of spreadingthe faultless Agamas and Puranasand they know the wonderful sacrifices and other things.
Since they recite these things and perform excellent sacrifices,they put up with all evil deeds and remain calm as the lotus.They perform fire sacrificesand worship using statues of copper,and create the gods in the statues of ancestors.
They do not turn from the path of justice.Because of them abundant rain fallsand nourishes the fields,the kings rule their country with justiceand great sages do excellent tapas.
