A woman slips on the ice in the road and falls hard, hitting her head on the road. A stranger tends to the unconscious woman until the paramedics arrive. He tries to make her comfortable and sees that she is very attractive. For a moment he wonders who she is, and then he slips away into the crowd. The following few days brings a city-wide search for the unknown hero who many say saved her life. She spends a few days in the hospital where he visits her. The relationship develops, while he avoids telling her who he really is.Just as the relationship gets serious, he gets a visit from the royal security force. His older brother, the crown prince, died in a skiing accident. Suddenly, James is next in line for the crown and he has to return home for legal formalities.
