A new member is born. For Cora's birthday, Julie visits The Boss to talk about accepting Cora into the Power Puppy Program, or the PPP. The Boss agrees and Julie is very excited... until she finds out what The Boss has planned for her owner and friend. She realizes she has to do something to stop it. After all, the little spaniel knows that no one likes getting chores for a birthday present.
