- Jess Franks is an artist whose process begins on the hiking trails of New England where she finds inspiration in its forests and waters. She snaps pics as she explores and then heads back to the studio to interpret them in paint and pastel. The result is joyful color that dances the line between realistic and abstract. We're inspired by her work and thrilled to feature this local artist.
