As a child I didn't know how to express myself or even felt my feelings was important. As a single mother of two
I didn't really pay attention or emphasize the importance of my sons feelings. As a grandmother I can see that it is important to break the cycle of not knowing how to express yourself and teaching children that your feelings are important to.
