James Muse III: Ancestors and Some Descendants

Co-authored with Mrs. Lou Andrews Murphy. Over 350 Muse family ancestors identified, with documented biographies, and listings of children, grandchildren and marriages, for each of the following eight generations of Muse individuals: (1) John Sr, (2) Thomas, (3) James Sr, (4) James Jr, (5) James III and Kindred, (6) Jason C. and Thomas J., (7) Asa Sowell and Joseph Colston, (8) William Samuel Jason. Also includes allied families Pope, Hawkins and Veale, as well as information on Muse family research sources, the Muse family English connection, the Muse and Washington family connection, and the Muse family DNA project. The documented biographies include additions and corrections to relevant sections of "A Southern Legacy: Descendants of John Muse of Virginia" (1994).
