About the author:The author, Mela Renea is fairly new to the scene, but has watched many go down the road of numerous relationships that ended up with neither person being happy. In a quest to find true love, and to make it work right the first time around, Mela realized through divine inspiration that few people in today's society truly communicate and relate to each other. Countless numbers of people plummet into relationships based on physical attraction and lust, but never realize who they are with until it is too late. Then they spend countless days trying to get out of the relationship physically, mentally, and emotionally. This all leads to a feeling of emptiness that leads people down the same road again.  Mela found that people often do not ask the necessary questions in the beginning, but have countless conversations that lead to physical intimacy instead of mental intimacy. Her belief in the Triune GOD, His standards, and His leading has made her aware of the necessity of a relationship that starts out as a friendship. People must have a common ground in order to build upon--a foundation. No building will stand when the storm comes unless it has a solid foundation, but the building along with the sand under it will all but wash away. It is important that people first be compatible spiritually in order to form a relationship worth progressing. A right relationship with GOD is first and foremost for every believer to have, and their lifelong mate should have a right relationship with GOD also-that is the foundation of a real Christian relationship that will survive the storms. Believers should know what they believe and stand for so that when they are approached by others of interest, or if they approach someone they can speak boldly and be confidently led by the SPIRIT of GOD. Mela believes that believers should know what questions to ask those of interest and not be afraid to communicate their expectations with those whom they are interested in forming a realtionship for higher purposes such as marriage.
