A man. A woman. A rotten little dog. Hope Lindstrom has reached the end of her rope, romantically. She's been let down for the last time and she is done with men. Period. He's on his way and he's got it all. And then they both got a little bit more. To help out a good friend, Erik takes on a wire hair fox terrier puppy that seems determined to turn his well-ordered life upside down and break down the walls he built around his heart. And on top of that, he has to deal with Hope, a woman he can't charm. To keep family members happy, Hope helps out a man too attractive for her own good and a little too irresistible for her peace of mind.
