Tommy Allen and fellow entertainers from Canada are invited to perform at the Island Music Festival in Jamaica. They alternate years with Johnny Vance and the American entertainers. This year, someone screwed up. Up North Records and Black Invasion Records meet up on the island at the same time and someone dies.
