Inspired by Him

A source of Christian inspiration, this collection of poems centers on author L.P. Topazio's life and work in the church. Inspired by Him presents Topazio's own earnest and heartfelt journey of faith and that of his church congregation. Many of the included works-which highlight nature, spiritual gifts, leaders, and church member portraits-employ the traditional and easy-to-read rhyming technique as evidenced in the poem "Words": / Words are like tools to be used with precision, / Powerful enough to help us make a decision. / They can soothe a baby from the endless crying, / And soothe the loss from a loved one dying. / They can bring joy to those with heavy hearts, / Provide a new beginning, a fresh new start. / Dedicated to acknowledging God's beautiful works, Inspired by Him is a collection of feelings, thoughts and beliefs coming to fruition by developing a close relationship with God.
