Our warmest expedition bag, the Inferno -40F/-40C is designed with ultra-warm 800-fill ProDown™ and recycled exterior fabric that offers top-level performance in extreme cold. The main body is engineered for higher thermal retention, while the side baffles help reduce cold spots and retain loft.
- Waterproof and breathable NeoVent Air fabric helps protect the hood and footbox
- Vaulted footbox
- Full draft collar and integrated draft overlap for added comfort and to help prevent heat loss
- Side half zipper so the sleeper can make adjustments to help regulate temperature
- Hood cinch-cord helps seal out the cold
- Fitted hood for more warmth and comfort
- Compression sack and storage sack included
- Anti-compression pads for better clo values
- Trapezoidal side-chamber baffles reduce cold spots and retain loft
- Shockcords on the back of the bag attach to a sleeping pad so the pad will stay in place while you sleep
- Main body—made with recycled nylon—is light, durable and coated in aluminized XReflex for higher thermal retention
