Rana's new patient Cristina comes to therapy with an embarrassing dilemma, she's been having nightmares that leave her feeling excited. Disturbed by the risque images that conflict with her religious values, Cristina needs Rana's psychological expertise to understand why Cristina's nightmare is also a fantasy. Rana tries helping Cristina explore her past as it relates to the shame she feels with each dream, encouraging her to allow herself to explore what her subconscious is trying to tell her. As Rana works with Cristina to remove each barrier in her mind, both women are shocked when more than just their fantasies are exposed.
