Welcome to the Empire, we are the government that has been established in North America. To follow every government, there are rules, and regulations for each citizen must follow. But outside the Empire, there another wall that out-bands the area called The Scrums, this is the people who have been shunned from the Empire. One of them, is Ember Haloway. Ember's family was part of the Empire before the second wave of uprisings. Ember is now of age, and her evaluations are coming. But when the government chooses to give a chance of the lifetime, meaning a citizenship inside the Empire, Ember was chosen to go.
