Impact of Water Hyacinth on a Lagoon in Nigeria

This quality piece is the documentation of eighteen months field research conducted on the Impact of Water Hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes) (Mart) on Fisheries and Socio-Economic Activities of Fisherfolks around, Ologe Lagoon,Lagos State, Nigeria. The research revealed the various usage to which water hyacinth can be put into. The government of Lagos State drawn a policy document particularly on the discharge of industrial waste based on the outcome of this work.
