Leadership is the process by which men and women influence others to follow them by showing them the way, directing them through various activities, and providing purpose, meaning, and motivation to accomplish the task set before them. No one is born to lead, for leadership is an art that must be developed and honed for the good of others. Impact Leadership is leadership that produces an impact not only on those who follow, but also impacts the organization and the leader as well. Impact is something that is felt, observed, and noticed for all who are under its influence. God has called us to be leaders in our homes, our church, our community, and in the organization that we support.
