Immortal Nox: The Lost City in Bloomington, MN

Players disappeared 500 years ago, and no one wants them back.
Five hundred years ago, Ashguard was nearly destroyed by the Players before they suddenly disappeared without warning. In the wake of their departure, several hundred thousand were left with abilities beyond those of normal Ashguardians. These people became known as Cursed Ones since they did not age, and their skills could continue to level infinitely. Xander, the last Cursed One Healer, wasn't like the other Cursed Ones; his Immortal's last death left a hole in his heart that nothing could fill. Most of the others, blessed with nearly unlimited combat capabilities, began wreaking almost as much havoc on the world as the Immortals did. When Astra Diane unexpectedly respawns, she triggers a fight between the Cursed Ones for access to her Healer Skills. Further, now that the System isn't preventing Astra and Xander from speaking to each other, what will they do with the information that it was all just a game for the Immortals?
Normally Astra wouldn't have needed to worry about such things, but as it stands... she can't log out. Thus begins a four-book series LitRPG romance between a woman from Earth and a man she thought was just an NPC. Can love still bloom even when there's distrust?
