A child is born to an ultra-conservative family in Rural Tennessee. Although she appears to be like any other infant when she was born, her parents gradually realize that there's something different about their daughter and they try to keep the child's appearance a secret. But when an unfortunate accident forces their hand, they must make a difficult decision that will have dire consequences throughout the Oak Hill community.
