I Am Me!

Kids sometimes don't truly understand what it means to be true to themselves. In a world where normal is considered cool and being unique can sometimes be made fun of, being true to yourself can be tough. Some kids could use some guidance when it comes to knowing their worth, practicing positive thinking with positive affirmations, and standing up for what is right for them. There are many ways to be true to yourself, and gives Guardians and their kids great ideas to help them navigate through this wild world. Being true to yourself and really knowing and understanding who we are can be difficult when there are so many influences in the world. Encouraging our kids to explore who they are builds their confidence and allows them to feel comfortable in their own skin. For guardians and kids ages 8 & Up.
