Using her personal experiences and her love for writing, she comprised another part of her journey for those with like minds to explore. This collection focuses on a range of experiences and emotions; grief, spirituality, love, resentment, mental health, addiction, healing, happiness, and finding yourself again. How Sweet It Was came from rebuilding life after loss, picking the pieces back up, and learning to give oneself grace.
