Hidden Within

After escaping a brutal marriage, Carrie Sullivan is left bound by her need for self preservation, which, amongst other things,means sex has become something her body performs while her mind is somewhere else.But despite feeling nothing, she moves from one sexual encounter to another in the desperate hope she will find the one who can somehow reawaken her. Just when she is starting to believe nothing will ever change, Carrie is sent on a routine trip for work, which she sees as a welcome break from her dull job, but as she boards the train for London, she has no idea just what awaits her. During her very first evening in the city, she finds herself unwittingly witnessing an explosive encounter involving American actress Vanessa Bonart, which ultimately brings these two women, from completely different worlds, together.This chance meeting, causes the emotional tide to turn , Carrie finally rediscovers her emotions, whereas Vanessa, who appears to the world as both supremely confident and sexually liberated is forced to face her long-hidden insecurities.Once home again, Carrie begins a relationship with new love ,Daniel, but is there too much unfinished in her past for her to ever really move on ?
