This book is the second tongue in cheek look at some of the real phone calls handled by the nursing staff of a busy pediatric office. For the most part they are cute and reflect the extreme anxiety that goes along with early parenting experiences. This is in no way meant to poke fun at the callers who were quite serious about their calls. As parents, we have all been there.
