A beautiful Alien comes to London in the 1900's to open a hat store in an old abandoned book shop. Suspicion, fear and mystery are no obstycle to an evolved being with intent to help humanity by selling magical hats to the citizens. Hats have mysterious properties that enlighten and expand the mind.
