Dr. Markus Hunter continues his search for his parallel universe self, Malore Hunter.
Camden weaves a dangerous web of lies for his family. Malore is introduced to Tabir Kelenken, who turns out to be more than just a man. Malore learns that Tabir is part of a humanoid race called the M'gorl, which reside on a far off Earth-like planet.
Tabir has been stranded on Earth for eons and is forced to blend in with the rest of the human race. As an alien, Tabir moonlights as a psychiatrist at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base near Dayton Ohio. Hiding in plain sight, he warns Malore of what is in his future, and that Camden isn't the person he says he is. He warns Malore that Camden will eventually become someone who is evil, destructive and sinister.
Malore's brother Corbin, and his crew chief Petty Officer Maria Lopez, prepare a once dilapidated third universe strike aircraft for a secret mission. The FB-75 Lark is a highly advanced US Navy strike bomber, reverse engineered from M'gorl technology. Its high speed, maneuverability and cloaking device make it ideal for its final mission. Camden and Parker brought the third universe aircraft through a tesseract to the year 1985, along with Malore's group. Camden planned to use the Lark, along with Corbin and Malore, as the tip of the sword, in saving second universe Operation Eldorado Canyon.
Camden forces the hand of not only Malore, but everyone who has fallen into his trap. Malore creates an unlikely friendship as well as a lifeline, with an unexpected robotic duo. Robert and Trevor are two highly evolved robots who help Malore and Corbin to set up the final act of an unfolding off world drama!
