Victor is back, alongside his best friend, Steven. Weeks have gone by since the terror of Roarke Lake ended. Victor now blossoms as he continues to make new friends and enjoy life in Roarke. One day, he is paid a visit by another eccentric visitor who talks about monsters. Victor refuses to listen, ultimately not wanting to put his life at risk again, only trying to enjoy the best of an ordinary life.
