Th is book is all about understanding humanity in order to improve quality of life. Since the subject focuses on the family life and the social structure, it needs reforming and reviving in the 'cool light'of humanity. Th e basis for this book is my article 'Weak Relationship between Parents and Children', which was published in 2004. This book is for all, especially for the children of our world society, above twelve years old. If parents cannot become the role models for their children, they should welcome grandparents -let them stay close to their grandchildren and let grandparents be the role models for them. Grandparents and grandchildren are the best care takers for each other. Let grandparents become torchbearers of humanity that started becoming dim when we started losing the guidance. We need to change our self-serving mindset. Reviving the role of grandparents is a need of the time. Understanding humanity should begin at home, "Care for your children and parents come fi rst." Th is mindset can understand "Care for your neighbour." As grandparents teach human values, they connect their families with the past, which gives them a better understanding of proper human behavior. Grandparents teach dos and don'ts through examples, and become examples; it is like a game of show-and-tell. Although this is not a lengthy book, but to learn to respect others and to live with dignity, and awakening- humanity in human relations, this text is enough. Moral and ethical values have been mentioned in the book that builds a strong character, and, these teachings are not new, have been reminded to mankind throughout the history.
