Kneeling posture shifts weight off the lower spine and onto the shins, encouraging an active upright sitting position instead of a slumped one. A lever adjusts height to suit different desks and users, and five holes set the angle between knee pad and seat. Cushions 3.1 inches thick cover a 15.7 by 11.6 inch seat and a 17.9 by 9.8 inch knee pad on an X frame rated for 265 pounds.
