Good Juju Review: An Anthology from The Unspoken Word

The Lowcountry-- landscape of long-steeped history, muck-bound people, & cane-sweet stories-- has long been an origin of excellent poetry. We are thrilled to present you the inaugural issue of Good Juju Review, which we hope reflects the deep literary traditions of Lowcountry South Carolina. This anthology is a project of The Unspoken Word, a literary nonprofit I co-founded in 2013 on the principles of community-building and poetic integrity. We continue to grow as a part of Charleston's evolving arts scene. We have long been interested in supporting live poetry readings and relish the opportunity to showcase Unspoken voices in print. We hope you will engage with these poems on and off the page.
