God's Redemptive Names

Names in the Bible are significantly important as they depict that particular person; a name tells us about that person, their personality traits, who they are. There are 9 Compound or Redemptive Names of God or Jehovah in the Scriptures which together provide profound insight into the Person and work of our Lord. They reveal to us, His divine characteristics and He is all 9 to us. Even though God has many many names, His Redemptive Names are His own personal Names. They are very distinctive and very comforting to the believer.
