How can we discern what the divine pattern is? How can we be certain that this or that is God’s authentic speaking in our lives? Thankfully, the Spirit doesn’t leave us defenseless. God has given us divine words found in the Divine Word of the Bible. I think of the great Keswick minister from the 1800’s who said, "God has spoken in ages past and lately to me” - the Spirit does this through Scripture.
