This two volume set contains abstracts of papers presented at the Symposium. Biochemists and cell biologists contributed valuable information on glycoconjugates—complex carbohydrates. Discussion of such topics as glycoproteins, proteoglycans and glycolipids involve questions that touch on many areas of medical research.
