Glory Days

Music, love, friendship, and family. Matt is living the dream, until it all comes crashing down... That was then... It's the end of the summer of 1988 and Matt Corrick started his senior year off with a bang. He had the world in the palm of his hand--complete with playing lead guitar in a rock band, the perfect family, and the hot girl on the verge of being his. But this is now... When his father up and leaves, everything changes, forcing Matt to grow up a little faster than he ever intended. Suddenly, he's carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders as the life he knew and loved quickly starts slipping away. Now, when he needs her most Dawn Jennings, his best friend and fantasy girl, is starring in someone else's dreams. As he works more hours, taking on more responsibilities, his social life becomes nearly nonexistent. All he wants is to hold on just a little tighter to his final year of high school. Can Matt find a way to grow up, but still embrace his glory days before they slip away into adulthood?
