Dasa, a ten year old girl is dissatisfied with a custom being practiced in her community and surrounding villages, which denies girls from flying kites in the annual kite flying festival. Come along with this ten year old, and see how she gets the males in her hometown and neighboring villages to change this practice, and allow girls to compete in the annual kite flying festival.
