(1536). The Spanish and Portuguese text, based on the fascimile reproduction (1928) of the
Copilacom de todalas obras de Gil Vicente
(1562), is accompanied by copious notes primarily designed to clarify its phonological, morphological, and syntactical peculiarities. The introduction includes, in addition to the history of the play, an analysis of its structure and as essay on possible sources.
