this exercise routine i've taken the time to write in the simplest form i could think of it s straight forward and to the point without all the extra big words it s all true and based on a work-out routine i use all the time for years if you can follow the basic steps outlined within the book then i don t see how you could fail not guaranteeing 100 % this routine will work for everyone all i can do is share it with you and let you try it out for yourself thank you
