In fact, as I wrote this book I used Skype to read a chapter a day to my wonderful mother who like many of us is isolated due to this Covid19 pandemic. I read a paragraph, my brother read another and our mother smiled and enjoyed the experience we created together. The purpose of this book is not to provide the definitive answer on the question of happiness but is instead to give you and everyone who reads it something inspiring, positive, and useful to think about and add to your life each day. I didn't write this book because I'm the happiest person on Earth. I've actually had a life of struggle with anxiety, anger, and from time to time depression. That's why I've spent my life learning about how people create more happiness in their lives. Happiness is different for each of us. What I've found is sharing the good I find in life with others brings me a great deal of happiness. That's why I wrote this book, to share the good I've found with you. To help you get the most out of reading this book I've created other resources you can use to help with your journey to Get Happier, including our new podcast and I've shared the access information inside our book.
