Geschichte und Zukunft des Urheberrechts III in Bloomington, MN

The contributors deal with the wide range of historical problems and unresolved questions of copyright law. They range from a case of plagiarism by the humanist Lorenzo Valla to criticism of the draft copyright law of 1870 and to the historical background of the German concept of a work under copyright law.
