Gamblers' Nightmare

Nikki Sommers is a single, young private investigator bored with her job at the Mason Private Investigating Agency located in Atlantic County, New Jersey. Making up her mind to apply for a job as a homicide detective and do what she was trained to do, she was persuaded to do one last investigation for one of her boss's wealthiest clients'. Thinking the investigation was just a suicide, she is determined to find out what drove the poor woman to it. But instead gets more than she bargained for when she finds herself thrown into a world of gambling, murder and demons. Nikki and her co-worker, Mike Stone, must try to save a group of gamblers who are being systemically murdered by some unseen force. After Nikki herself is targeted for death, she and Mike travel to New Orleans to try and get help to combat an invisible demon. When they get to New Orleans they find out that someone may know who is committing these atrocities. They just have to stay alive long enough to find the murderer and bring him to justice.
