Blackwell
reissued a bulked-up version of
Funky Kingston
in the mid-'70s on his
Mango
subsidiary, adding in the immortal
"Pressure Drop,"
the brilliant
"Time Tough,"
and a reimagining of
John Denver
"Country Roads"
(simply called
"Country Road"
