From Root to Plate

From Root to Plate is a second instalment, in follow up to Sown, the fi rst release in the series of three. Sown provides a look at how we see the world, like a child, through a keyhole with heightened personal views on what we see but never say. In From Root to Plate, Dawna Drake takes us on a journey through open vulnerability and the exploration of self. In this book, we don't hide behind the keyhole, we are found on the other side of the door. Continuing to look beyond the obvious, we are taken inward and guided through our own insecurities. Throughout this book, self-revelations become a walk with self-truth, and being able to identify these experiences becomes the narrative for how we truly live within ourselves.
