Friends and Feelings: Feelings Journal For Kids

It is designed to help children identify and express their feelings in a safe and supportive space and includes prompts, silly puns, coloring pages, and activity ideas to help kids explore their emotions and learn how to process them in healthy ways. With this journal, children can build a vocabulary around feelings that can be used as tool to connect with your child more deeply.
