Friends - A Collection of Stories

Living in a country setting, we frequently observe nature's creatures in their natural settings. "Friends" and the relationships depicted between the creatures in the stories came from watching and imagining how these creatures might live as friends. The author would often rescue toads who were trapped in the skimmer, and then release them in the bushes so they could be with their friends.
