Four of Spades

Life has barely become a routine for Sara and her family when her in-laws decide to buy a house...a haunted house that only Sara can understand. The attacks and visions Sara endures put her on the path of a serial killer. A cold case and a new case become wound together as one. The killer is smart and his cover ingenious, all the while being a loving son who is the caregiver for his ailing mother. The momentum to kill continues to grow with each passing day as his disdain for red hair drives him to do the unthinkable. Will Sara put this puzzle together before the next victim is found, or will another playing card...another spade...be found as a calling card left by the Spade Killer.
