Insurance investigators Valerie Sloan and Rocky Russo return in another adventure involving a stolen musical instrument. This time it's a vintage mandolin belonging to the daughter of a country music legend. Set in Nashville at the time of the devastating 2010 flood, Valerie and Rocky attend an insurance conference where they encounter other insurance investigators as well as musicians, criminals, and an old flame. As the Cumberland River rises, the mandolin disappears and the people closest to them are in danger. Can Valerie and Rocky find the mandolin and rescue their friends?
