Following the departure of its original rhythm section, Canadian alt-metal supergroup Saint Asonia brought in Art of Dying bassist Cale Gontier and Staind drummer Sal Giancarelli to complement its core duo of frontman Adam Gontier (Three Days Grace) and lead guitarist Mike Mushok (Staind).
