In Zoomopolis, Powersurge gets revenge by causing chaos to everyone in the city to torture and cause pain to Fire Scorcher, until Powersurge's emotions break down to cause destruction everywhere. Fire Scorcher must find an way to calm down Powersurge's emotions to defeat him safely without causing destruction to the city in the process of the battle.
